Lexus was delighted that Anna wanted to be at her best when meeting his parents. She was mean to him but she clearly wanted to be on the good side of his parents. She looked so adorable as fetched a pen and paper just to ask him questions to ensure that she knew how she would respond to his parents.
He was glad that she was prepared to get along well with them despite the suddenness of their wedding. He wanted to laugh at her for writing everything he said but she truly looked so adorable as she asked all sorts of questions with a determined look in her eyes as if she was cramming for an exam.
When they finally went to his parents' residence, Lexus noticed that Anna frowned at the sight of many guards at their place. He was relieved that she didn't ask about it. She was even more surprised when the servants gathered at the entrance and bowed to welcome them.
