"You seem lively today," her grandma finally talked to Lexus who had been silent behind her the whole time. He respectfully greeted Anna's grandparents.
"Indeed. You seemed exhausted the past few days. But now you look brighter," her grandpa agreed.
"Ah, that's probably because I was able to spend more time with Anna since it was a weekend. Sleeping with Anna in my arms till late morning was refreshing," Lexus beamed.
Anna's grandparents glanced at each other before nodding their heads and smiling at each other. Anna turned red in embarrassment and stepped on Lexus' foot for saying such misunderstanding words.
"No wonder you came here past lunch," her grandpa said.
"Grandpa, it's not like that. You are misunderstanding things," Anna tried to correct it.
