Alpha Conri was looking at the end of the line where his rival, Alpha Adolphus is looking at him with his already enraged and excited eyes. He knows what kind of enemy he is, and the enemy Alpha is surely savoring his time watching him struggle in the middle of the battle.
He made a tsking sound which caught the attention of Cailean beside her.
"Are you disappointed that our plan of having a sneaky entrance did not work?"
"Besides that, of course," he replied to her, trying to be calm. Alpha Conri wanted to focus on the enemy having changed features on his face, but he shook his head, dismissing it and trying to turn his attention to his army, "This army of his sure is a lot stronger than what we last saw them."
"It is, considering that we have been away for a few years."
