Hours have passed while they were waiting for Lance to finish saying his goodbyes to his Beta, Daniel, the head nurse, has offered all of them to stay in the lounge where Lance was usually thinking and formulating different strategies for the enemies years ago.
They entered the room, expecting that the furniture and other things were still intact, showing their prestige as a pack, but it was different already.
The couch has been worn out already, with different files scattered all over the place. Worse, some of the windows have already been destroyed and are missing glass panels. Alpha Conri squinted his eyes upon seeing the broken glass panes. This must have been the shapeshifter's way to get inside them and kill the Beta.
