"Tom by tomorrow you should go interview them, Decker and Kira go check on the Cctv footage of the Mall!"
"I will be going searching the town, who knows maybe there is another body we haven't seen yet?" The sheriff said as she dismissed the cops.

They were seated at one of the large tables in the cafeteria, with their plate of food on the table, all gisting and laughing. Caleb walked over to them with his tray, and eyed around before he asked "Guys, where is Chloe?" With a raised eyebrow
And they all looked up and stare at her seat, seeing she wasn't seated, so bad of them not to have noticed she wasn't among them
"Oh, she said she will catch up with us later, she went to the library," Brian speak up.
After the birthday party, she had been acting weird and he knew it, he had connered her when she was about leaving for the library, with another issues on his mind, when she told him about her journey to the library, he has been expecting the other friends to asked of her, but none did so he felt it's useless to tell them about it.
"After the history class, I felt she is an history freak" Cassie smiled out, remembering how inquisitive she was during the history class
Caleb dropped his tray, and made to seat just at the same time Kyle was passing and they both locked eyes in a slow steady motion before he finally sat and broke the eye lock with a smirk, the others couldn't see this because they were backing Kyle and engrossed in whatever conversation they were in.
After some few minutes into his food he stood up and waved to his friends, saying he will be back in a jiffy.
Chloe's Pov
I walked into the library and took a glance at the librarian desk by my left. She wasn't there, probably went for lunch, I scurried to her desk in search of any key I could find, I have limited time here.
After I saw Laura death yesterday, I was drained of all energy left in me. Kyle spent his time comforting me. I was in shock. Why do I keep seeing them before they finally die? Why can'to contact Zoe with the bracelet she gave me yesterday?
After our last class, History, I might have found and realized something, an answer to my questions.
I shivered as my hand came in contact with a chilly metal, I smiled as I slipped the key into my hand and strolled to the door. I took out the key and pushed it into the keyhole, the door opened.
"Oops, it wasn't locked" I gasped as my heart pounds on my chest. I opened the door widely as I stepped into the dark room, it's just as we've left it
I rushed to the containers at the far end of the room almost colliding with one of the dusty shelves. I quickly remembered the carton container, I opened it and started going through them taking all the books out. I sigh in frustration after taking all the books out and I couldn't find the one I was looking for. Maybe I had mistaken the container to be this? I walked over to the next container, taking all the books out, but I couldn't find the one thing I'm looking for. I placed my palm on my forehead as I paced to and fro.
Has the book be taken away from here, then if it has, I need to find it, I clutch onto my backpack and was making my way out of the room when I caught sight with it, I smiled as I bend down to pick it up, I heaved a sigh of relief staring at the Journal in front of me. I quickly took out my backpack and unzipped the zipper, placed the journal in it, before zipping it up and strolled out of the room after making sure the librarian was not there yet.
I strides to her desk and drops the unused key I had taken back to where I had taken it, I was rearranging the desk back, when I heard.
"Chloe" My heart skipped a beat.
Grrr grrr grrr lunchtime is over.
Brian pov…
I walked into the homeroom, lunchtime is over, and Chloe is not here yet. I strides to my desk as I see Cassie seated in Chloe's chair reading a book. I sat down, "what are you reading?" I asked gaining her attention, she looked at me and went back to her book.
"A novel" she answered as I stared at her side view of her face, I stretched to take a look at what she was reading,
"So Chloe is not yet back," she said soon be back" I said
"You said you were going to tell me something at the party, but you didn't" she said looking up to face me but stopped when she almost bumped into me. I got lost staring at her blue eyes, it's the deepest blue I've ever seen, that is perfectly seating on her V-shaped face, her pointed nose and her perfect skin, my eyes darts from her eyes to her lips as I drew close slowly to have a taste of her lips, but I stopped when I came back to my senses
"Sorry" I muttered before leaving the homeroom.
Chloe's Pov…
"Caleb!" I called in surprise, why is he following me?
"Oh, there you are," he said with a smile walking in.
"Yeah, I was about coming to take lunch, but lunch time is over, so I'm just gonna go back to what I was doing" I said
"Oh, you shouldn't worry I packed you some food, '' he said , stretching the paper bag on his hands for me. I took it from him before muttering a thank you.
We sat at one of the desks as I started eating the hamburger he brought, Gosh! I'm so hungry.
"So what were you reading?" He asked as he went to one of the shelves with books.
"Literature" I replied with a mouthful and gulped down some water. He came back seated beside me. I gulped the remaining water in the bottle. I said thank you to him again as I wrapped the paper bag together ready to dispose it off.
"Uhm, there is something besides your face" he said, not keeping eye contact with me.
"Where?" I asked trying to take it off with my hand
"Over there" he said as he points to the left corner of my lips
"Let me help you take it off" he said, when
He sees I wasn't able to get it off I guess.
"He drew closer as he used his hands to take it off but he wasn't backing out after that. I panicked as he drew closer, before I could register what he was doing he pressed his lips onto mine, I froze!
