Many people from the circle that jointly supported Yushchenko had left, but Dania stayed.
He firmly believed that all these things were fabricated, a concoction by Yanukovych and his people with the sole purpose of smearing Yushchenko!
There were no few who thought like Dania; rather than saying they chose to continue believing in Yushchenko, it was more because they were unwilling to see their ideals completely shattered.
Everyone grit their teeth and continued to support Yushchenko, clinging to the last thread of hope.
But as the election drew to a close, Dania and the others fell into a slump, the deficit was too large, there was no longer any chance of overturning the result.
They found it difficult to accept this outcome, and the numerous media reports about election rigging, Yanukovych cheating on a large scale, and so on, began to stir anger in Dania and the rest.
