This General Election had been troubled from the start.
Although the election was still underway and the results not yet out, the major media outlets had already split into opposing camps and begun battling it out!
Some media reported that Yanukovych's lead was quite large, and on-site interviews from the voting scene indicated that roughly seven or eight out of ten voters cast their ballots for Yanukovych.
They stated this was in line with reality since Yanukovych had been leading ever since Yushchenko's sexual assault scandal broke, and he had never fallen behind since!
Moreover, Yanukovych had always had a high level of support, being the most popular choice with no close second! Now, this result was the will of the people, and he would secure a crushing victory.
Yet other media outlets claimed there were significant problems with this election, accusing someone of cheating!
