Waving their cheques, they bought two clubs that the British people take pride in, Arsenal and Chelsea.
They will also pay out huge transfer fees, bringing in one world-class superstar after another!
So is this a blessing or not?
Now, it is probably still difficult for us to make a definitive judgment.
Perhaps for the fans of the two clubs, this is great news. After all, their beloved clubs now have strong financial support, and are able to host more superstars for them in exciting match after match.
But what about the other clubs in the Premier League?
They probably can't be too pleased!
A year or two from now, we might be surprised to find that the original pattern of the Premier League has long been changed.
Arsenal and Chelsea are vying for the championship, and the other teams can only compete for third place!
