Wang Ye's exclusive interview aired after the evening news on the second day.
After receiving notification from Rossiyana, Wang Ye made it a point to return early to Xiao Ying Hotel that night. He sat in front of the TV on time, intending to watch the program.
He rarely watched TV regularly.
Besides Wang Ye, Kaja and Nalan Yaqi also sat on either side of him, watching the TV programs with him.
"Although I often see you on TV, this is the first time for an exclusive interview like this, right?" Nalan Yaqi teasingly asked before the program started.
Wang Ye thought about it and said, "I was interviewed once when I was first elected as a Duma member, but that wasn't a standalone program. It was a program that collected interviews from several newly-elected members, so it wouldn't count as an exclusive interview. Now that you mention it, this truly is my first exclusive interview."
He didn't like to show up on programs and rarely accepted interviews from journalists.
