"Welcome to Moscow, old classmate."
Wang Ye greeted Zhang Xiaoxi with a smile.
Coming back to her senses, Zhang Xiaoxi looked Wang Ye up and down with a grin and joked, "I almost didn't recognize you. You are looking nice. Almost like a superstar!"
Wang Ye responded with a shy smile and didn't say much. He took the small suitcase from Zhang Xiaoxi and said, "Let's go, the car is waiting outside."
It then dawned on Zhang Xiaoxi and she followed Wang Ye, asking,
"So, you're the one who informed the travel agency, which is why the group leader allowed me to go on my own.
But you are probably busy, you don't have to keep me company for too long.
Tomorrow...
Just show me around Moscow and then I will go back to the travel group. I already paid them, so I can't let them off too easy."
Despite saying this, Zhang Xiaoxi wasn't really concerned about the money she paid, but she didn't want to come off as clueless and didn't want to impose on Wang Ye's time.
