The man beside the Mediterranean-looking male laughed as if it was no big deal.
If "Director Wang" exuded an air of officialdom with his movements, the speaker had a business air about him. Also middle-aged, he remained stoic and composed even as his companion lost millions, treating money as if it were dirt.
