Three o'clock in the afternoon.
Shi Qianxi, carrying several days' worth of accumulated documents, intended to have her father review them, only to be informed by Secretary Ma that her father was not in the office.
"In a meeting?"
"No, the chairman just went down to see off a guest."
See off a guest?
Shi Qianxi's eyes flickered, "I see, I'll wait in the office."
If it were anyone else, they would certainly not be permitted to enter the chairman's office at will when he was not present.
But Miss Shi was clearly the only exception.
She entered the office as if she owned the place, placed the documents she was holding on the desk, then walked over to the crystal-clear floor-to-ceiling window and looked down.

There was a big crowd, bustling with activity.
