"I have something to deal with and need to step out."
Jiang Chen put down his phone and said to Li Shuru.
"Will you be back?"
Jiang Chen fell silent for a moment before shaking his head, "I won't disturb your rest."
Li Shuru didn't press him for details.
"Take the car."
"No need, I'll take a taxi."
Jiang Chen stood up, and Li Shuru went downstairs with him.
Zheng Jingjing and the other girls were clearly excited today and were still drinking, so Jiang Chen didn't go over to say goodbye.
"Tell them later that I left first."
Li Shuru nodded.
Upon leaving the villa, Jiang Chen walked out of Spring and Autumn Plaza and hailed a taxi.
"Right Bars on Dongwang Avenue."
By the time Jiang Chen arrived, Bai Haoran was already waiting at the entrance of the bar.
"Mr. Jiang."
The two met head-on.
"What's the situation?"
Bai Haoran quickly explained, "I was out playing with friends when I suddenly ran into Miss Shi."
