"Don't worry, we're almost there," he assured her.
He claimed they were almost there, but nearly ten more minutes passed before Jiang Chen, who was admiring the top-tier residential area, found his spirits lifted as he pulled up to a standalone villa.
"Let's get out," he said.
He breathed a sigh of relief and unbuckled his seatbelt. Calling security to help him find the house would have been quite embarrassing.
Li Shuru opened the door and stepped out, gazing at the luxurious villa, somewhat dazed.
