Ding He stood up, "You guys chat."
Fang Qing was just about to speak when Tong Dan said, "Lawyer Ding, wait a moment."
Fang Qing's heart immediately filled with foreboding as she was about to signal her to be quiet, but before she could warn her with her eyes, Tong Dan had already spoken.
"Do you have any plans for tonight, Lawyer Ding?"
Ding He stopped in his tracks, "What's up?"
Tong Dan ignored Fang Qing's stern look and said with a smile, "A friend invited me to a party tonight, so I came to ask Fang Qing to join me to relax, just to relieve some stress. If Lawyer Ding is free, how about joining us?"
Before Ding He could speak, an impatient Fang Qing immediately said, "When would Lawyer Ding have time for that?"
Ding He glanced at her, fell silent for a moment, and then said with a smile, "What a coincidence, I do happen to be free tonight, but I wonder if it's inappropriate for me to join the activities of you young people?"
