But the Dream Realm was different.
The Dream Realm was interconnected, a shared dream world for the entire world. New mages from the various Sky Islands and old mages from the ground all appeared in the Dream Realm. Once they entered the Dream Realm, mages could exchange information with those from other Sky Islands.
It wasn't only Happiness Island that had a Lower City District; other Sky Islands also had these gathering places for the Codeless... the locations were just different.
