Theseus, son of Poseidon.
After his fateful meeting, after his eyes were opened of his true birthright.
He is ready to fulfill his destiny, continuing his journey to the island of Crete, fulfilling his mission to slay the Monstrous Minotaur within the very Labyrinth.
Using his very might, he destroys the Minotaur with his unleashed Divine Might, the one thing that was lied to him then but now he obtained it after learning the truth.
Claiming his victory clean, using everything that Poseidon had taught him, brutally defeating the Minotaur into a mere blood pulp from what the great thing was.
[ Minotaur's Labyrinth ]
* Minotaur dies. *
" *Pant* *Pant* " Theseus pants as his body is filled with the Minotaur's blood.
" I did it... "
" I defeated the Minotaur, I... " Theseus says his body suddenly absorbed the very blood of the Minotaur itself.
" You've grown strong... " a voice comes behind him, it was Poseidon who suddenly came behind him, walking out from the Water Pond nearby like coming out from a Gate.
Theseus confused when witnessing it, but Poseidon told him that he can move around the place through every Water Surface that exists around the planet.
" When you're around my level, then you might've able to do so. "
" If you could... " Poseidon tells Theseus, approaching him and congratulate him for his victory.
" Congratulations, Theseus. " Poseidon pats him.
" You have done well, My dear prince of Athens. "
" So sad that your parents didn't get to live long to witness your glory. "
" What happened? " Theseus wonders, he suddenly felt something wrong.
" Well, as you were sent here, the Athens City Patron goddess decided to go on wrath after knowing the whole thing. "
" She was wrathful towards Athens, as she was finally informed that you were the ones the City agreed to sent to Crete against the Minotaur. "
" And to escape her wrath, your father decided to jump into the sea as soon as he sees the ship you sent back comes with black rotten deck, instead of a white painted deck filled with thousands of the Labyrinth's golds*. " Poseidon told Theseus.
" Oh my, that's... " Theseus realised why that happened, because before the battle, he promised his father that he will come back with his ship, painted in white, filled with thousands of the Labyrinth's golds if he succeeds, a sign for his victory.
" In Athens, the black colour itself is the sign of death, for black is the colour of the underworld from what the entire Greek people believed in. "
" While the white is the colour of the Divine, the colour the light itself. "
" *sigh* "
" I've sent back the ship back with my men, they must've forget to paint it white or perhaps the sea journey itself had destroyed their paint. "
" Hence why father, Aegeus decided to kill himself or... "
" He did that to escape Athena's wrath as he told her that promise of yours... " Poseidon tells Theseus.
" I just knew it after it all happened, if you told me about that little promise of yours, things would've gone better for you... "
" But still... " Poseidon smirks as Theseus feels dizzy.
" Lord Poseidon, Father... "
" I feel bad, the Blood of the Minotaur is within me, it's... " Theseus suddenly gasps, as from the Blood itself, he somehow sees the memory within, the Demonic Bull's memory of its birth.
" No, this can't be, this! " Theseus witnessed the memory and then looked at Poseidon after witnessing it for a while.
" Minotaur is... " Theseus shivers as Poseidon approached him again.
" I told you that no Son of mine will only live in the peasantries of a human life. " Poseidon re-tells it.
" For they, are all meant for something more... "
" Something even more than the sons I've made before... " Poseidon smirks, he chuckles while Theseus witnessed the Demonic Bull's memories from the Blood his body absorbs as Poseidon pats his shoulders, cheering him up.
" Arise, my son. "
" You had done admirably... "
" It's time for you to return to Athens, to continue your work as it's king. " Poseidon tells Theseus, bringing him back to Athens where he will ruled the place until his time is over.
After his ruling time is over, he then was taken into Atlantis, to take his place as Poseidon's son and become one of his Commanders to even this Modern Age.

Extra:
*... your father decided to jump into the sea as soon as he sees the ship you sent back comes with black rotten deck, instead of a white painted deck filled with thousands of the Labyrinth's golds.
Yeah t'is a lot and had to be addressed.
The reason Poseidon said this is because what transpired in Theseus' father, Aegeus in the real mythology. For some versions of the myth suggest that upon seeing the black sails on Theseus's ship (which he forgot to change to white as a sign of victory), King Aegeus believed his son was dead, jumped into the sea. Theseus thus became the new king of Athens.
For Theseus' powers, the clue is him absorbing the power of water through his skin, a simple ability, but the effect is extraordinary as water, from any sources, when absorbed, gives him divine and superhuman abilities such strength, speed, stamina, and endurance, which is his basically the primary feature of his power.
Since there are many kinds of water in Earth, different water liquids gives him different effects, depending on how he used it. For example, if he absorbs blood he could gain some hidden 'memories' through it, making him knew the blood owner's memories, while in the other hand, if he uses his own, he could increased his own adrenaline, increasing his strength including his speed, despite having his stamina decreased as a setback, but it could still be dealt with if he used the absorbed blood from others when doing so than his own.
So yes, in the seas, you might don't wanna mess with him, since he is known to able absorb the sea waters around him, even able to lower the sea water surface levels in some seas.
But since Atlantis is covered by a barrier (in order for the visiting humans could breathe), then he is still not a problem, but the problem is...
Is when he's not inside, like I said earlier.
Oh yeah btw, just some confirmation.
Minotaur's legend in this Novel is almost the same as the IRL legends, you might find this interesting from the story onwards, bye.
