The Abyss Tower, the Tower of suffering and death.
The Tower has been the most fearful form of attack that the Deviant army could go with as the Tower consists of many Demonic armies that could lay waste upon humanity if they didn't have the support from the Diviners (Gods).
In Earth's history, the Abyss Tower appeared Twelve Times with this current appearance included, making the Current Abyss Tower become the Twelveth Abyss Tower recorded in human History and it now appeared in the most Divinely protected country of all, Trinia.

After the end of October, the whole Raid had successfully entered the Abyss Tower as they immediately overpowered the first three floors of the Tower since all of the powerful ones are with them.
After they arrived at the 4th however, the A Rank Hunter Adrian Waterson decided that they need to split up at first to clear the Floor quickly since the 4th Floor is very vast compared to the previous Floors.
Despite many protests from some members especially Ragna who heavily protest the idea, the others agreed to split up in order to spread themselves to kill many available monsters on the 4th Floor.
After splitting up, the Raid Party then dispersed into many groups, making them not united against many odds due to some stupid decisions from the majority, making some minors have to pay the consequences as they fight the monsters with a smaller number of groups at their side.

" Death, and only death... " Inquisitor Kara says as she slashes every monster with her DIE Weapon.

" So this is the true despair you would find in the Abyss Tower, huh? " she says to herself after making sure the monster she slashed is dead.
" Even monsters had no joy being here at all, for they will always be preyed upon by the high-ranking ones to be some support energy. " Kara says after she killed her foe entirely.
" May you rest in peace, tainted creature. "
" I'm so sorry that the Demons didn't love you despite bringing birth to your race back then. " she prays in the name of Aphrodite, her goddess.
" Yes, Kara... " Aphrodite says inside her, as her essence slowly grows inside her, praising her Inquisitor as she spread her 'love' towards any creature and shows them kindness by purging them with her Divine Power as it slowly empowers the Inquisitor.
As Kara finishes her prayer, she then looks back as someone approached her.
" I have finished my tasks, Inquisitor... " the person says which is our MC, Ragna Orion Miraikuru Kent.
" I have already cleared this Floor's section behind me," he says for he brings Kara one of the monster captain's severed head for her as proof.

" You defeated it? " she asks Ragna in shock for she never thought he will single-handedly defeat the monster while she is not around.
Seeing her expression over him, Ragna begins to approach the Inquisitor for he looks at her with a sharp expression and says.
" Of course, I defeated it, Inquisitor... "
" I may be an E Rank for now, but I can assure you that my capabilities are very high then you expected. " Ragna states based on reality.
" I see, so you have finished them all... " Kara says to Ragna as they see the corpses of the monster inside the 4th Floor of the Abyss Tower.
" Of course, a level +60 monsters could only hurt me, and nothing more... " Ragna says with quite an arrogance.
" Level 60? " the Inquisitor asks which made Ragna feel shocked as he almost spills his greatest ability which is the Magi Nano Leveling System that had the purpose of leveling him up and storing everything he had gained and gathered after receiving the System.
As Ragna thinks of an answer, he then founds one and lies to the Inquisitor that the level 60 he meant earlier was just a measuring way for him for his enemies which he explains that he is quite a gamer too to the Inquisitor which she simply believes.
"( Of course you will believe it, you almost-middle-aged woman... )"
"( I guess that you and your friends the same as your age must have never played any Video Games before, haven't you? )" Ragna says for he believes that every grown-up before the 2000s hates Video Games like his grandma and parents back then.
After successfully lying to the Inquisitor, Ragna begins to say to her that there are still another Eight Floors that they need to reach as he explains to the Inquisitor that the A Rank Hunters' party had left their group as they quickly ascend to the top, followed by the Battle Maiden.
" They have ascended first!? "
" When!? " the Inquisitor asks she angrily shouts as she thought the plan was for the Raid Party members to ascend the higher floors of the Tower together.
" Why didn't they inform us about this!!!? "
" How can they leave us with some members only to defeat the monsters in these sections!!!? " she refers to the dead Party members with her on this Floor as she looks again at their corpses lying on the ground filled with the pool of blood.
As Kara angrily protests, Ragna who was still silent finally opens his mouth as he says to the Inquisitor about the whole thing before he meets her now in the first place.
" Actually Inquisitor..., " Ragna says while showing his left hand which shocks the Inquisitor as she asks what happened for the hand's wounds are very unnatural for him to have.
Hearing that, Ragna asks the Inquisitor to let him explain as he says the truth, which is.
" We have all been betrayed..., all of us... "
" Both you and me, the Battle Maiden and the other Hunters had been betrayed... "
" By some people whom I had expected to betray us in the first place, but sadly many wouldn't listen. " Ragna says with a sharp eye as he begins to recount the story that happens days ago after all of them entered the 4th Floor.
