I gave the strength of will, heart, soul, and mind. I bestow upon you the title of lord of this realm, the one who owns all and is able to give all. I name you, the light of the mortal realm and ruler of mortals."
Ra whispered in the infant's ear, and then his eyes glowed brightly.
One red and the other gold as he held his grandfather's beard and gurgled happily.
"Does this mean that you have chosen him to be the next pharaoh?"
Heba spoke, suddenly breaking the moment between Ra and the small baby.
And when the supreme ruler's eyes landed on her, the girl flinched, then she dropped to her knees.
