"She isn't awake still. You need to do something. She is breathing harshly, and her body is clammy."
A woman shrieked as she sobbed loudly, and the young queen's heart ached.
"I have done everything in my power to help her. I even sucked all this cursed energy and power out of her. Look at my state, female. I had sacrificed my own life for this."
A male's weak voice responded to the female even though he was coughing harshly and she could hear sounds of splashes.
"The monsters are still out there roaming the garden, but at least they stopped attacking us. I think it might be because she is unconscious now."
Another male's scary voice said and Akila frowned. Monsters? Monsters in the royal palace?!
"Is my brother well? He used to talk to me, but now I have got nothing on his part."
The god of the dead said, and this time her heart stopped beating.
