The god of the dead was roaming the field of reeds as he thought about what he went through and what he was still facing.
The supreme ruler of the Egyptian pantheon, who is supposedly his grandfather, was still tormenting him.
He always has known him as a vengeful and unforgiving god but he had never thought of him this ..... petty.
His grandfather refused to bring his father back or even try to free him, and he was only focused now on knowing about his mistress's origins.
Anubis was confused at first about Ra's reasons, but now he was certain that the great god was frightened.
He felt threatened by the mortal female and how much power she exuded without even trying.
And this thing was driving him mad, especially when he found himself unable to control her like the rest of them.
