"What are you asking of her, lord of magic? Akila is still a mortal. What just happened here now is nothing to an actual war against the gods."
Anubis said as he narrowed his eyes at the god, who was sipping his cold ale now.
Akila looked at the shining gold chalice in his hand in confusion. When did he get it, and from where?
Heka gave her a playful smirk and snapped his fingers, making another similar one appear in her hand.
"I'm the god of magic, Akila. Anything is possible for me."
The god said absently as he sipped his beverage while thinking about what Anubis had said.
"Stay out of my head. I don't know how you do it, but I dislike it, my lord."
Akila snarled at the god, making Anubis's glower at him intensify. Sekhmet was standing in the corner listing to them silently.
Heka looked at Akila feigning being hurt, then he chuckled loudly, making her temper rise.
