A blessing from a Cherished One, is so strong, even without using sacred magic.
After a few seconds of looking at the boy, Rosella cast a spell on the carriage.
[Camouflage]
Letting the carriage vanish from everyone's sight, passing through everything without being noticed.
After being sure no one is following them, Rosella closed her eyes and let the carriage follow the path to the port. Not before letting the shadow knight take the boy with him to another path.
"Let the boy use this jade when he wakes up," said Rosella to the shadow knight, giving him a small size jade lion shape pendant.
"Take him to the Island using the secret path. Don't let anyone know about your arrival. And arrange for him to become a shadow knight in training. Don't let anyone know where he comes from."
Rosella ordered the shadow knight, to be careful on the road.
"Yes, Master." The shadow Knight half-kneeling answered in her order.
After the shadow knight left with the sleeping Jay, Rosella instructed the driver to follow the main road and get the best Inn around the port. Let her rest for a night and depart tomorrow.
"Change your clothes and your hairstyle, also erase your spell."
"Yes, Master."
The driver is also an experienced shadow knight, he was trained to become a perfect carriage driver. He can change his own appearance at will and can cast some advanced spells. This is due to his continual work outside the Castle.
He lives like a normal human, and not even other shadow knights know his existence as a shadow knight, they just know him as Uncle Shan.
After the driver found the best accommodations in the City Port. He leads Rosella to her room and left to take care of the carriage and the horses.
Rosella knew so, she did not bother him with any more orders.
Even though Rosella is a princess and she could've been accustomed to have someone serving her, she can be an independent lady.
Taking a bath for herself, providing that the Inn have warm water, she rested un the comfy bed.
The room is simple and lacking for someone with her status. But for a single night, its comfortable.
That night, Rosella fell asleep quite fast. And she did not notice a deep gaze coming from her windows.
The sky's lightened by the stars and the moon, Rosella was exhausted, and she forgot to close the curtain and deep pair of purple eyes showed tender affection seeing the lady resting on the bed inside the room.
Slowly opening the window, a silhouette with the moonlight shining behind it came in the room.
The even breathing of Rosella gave a soothing feeling inside the room.
Rosella in her deep slumber felt someone coming closer to her, but she could not open her eyes, and because she did not feel any ill intentions from the one approaching her, she just let it be.
"Rose… My dearest Rose… I'll come to you soon. Don't you dare to look at another male." A deep and hoarse voice making her feel relaxed and shy resounded almost close to her ear. So, when she felt a hand caressing her face, her chaotic heartbeat grew faster.
"Take care until the day I came to pick you up." The melancholy in the man's voice makes her struggle to open her eyes, but the voice spoke once again.
"Don't open your eyes. It's not time yet. Only when I can win against my curse can I let you see me and hold your hand. Be patient, my love. Soon… I just need a short period of time." Murmured the man.
His determination is obvious in his voice, Rosella could not open her eyes, but she knew, she had seen him before, even though she could not understand why she can't see him now. She can only reassure the man by nodding her head.
She felt distressed hearing him, she remembers her feeling in those recent dreams. Furthermore, she knew it had something to do with their relationship. A small tear loose from the corner of her eyes.
The man saw it, bent on his knees, closer to Rosella's face, and with his tongue, he cleaned those tears. Making Rosella's body stiffen.
"No tears shall be falling from your precious eyes. If there is one, it would be a tear of joy. Be careful on the sea." The man said while patting her head, then in a few seconds, he left. Leaving Rosella's eyelids free to open.
When Rosella opens her sky-blue eyes. A golden light flashed through them. But it vanished so fast that it seemed an illusion.
As soon as it vanished, tears came out. "He's coming soon." A whisper filled the almost empty and dark room.
"Fool. I don't know why I could see you before or why I can't see you now. But because of this, my heart feels uncomfortable." With her tightened hand on her chest, Rosella muttered. "I feel uneasy."
Rosella sighed; she did not see anyone outside her windows. Resigned, she returned to her bed to sleep.

The next morning, the driver came to knock on Rosella's room and give her breakfast. She won't join the rest of the people in the Inn's restaurant.
Rosella went in and out of the Inn and no one notices her, or so she thought.
A man with a cape covering his head lifted his head when she passed him, and the corner of the reddened lips from the wine the man was drinking lifted up. His white-lined jaw made every girl's imagination run wild. After a couple of seconds, he returned to continue eating.
The restaurant's tables were in front of the door and Rosella pays little attention to the man, she was remembering the man's words from last night and pondering the meaning.
…
Rosella reached the port. An expensive and glorious three-masted sailing ship with square sails on the first two masts was waiting for her, and the wolf with a crown emblem flag covered a great part of the front.
The sailing ship was fashioned from an olden oak tree, with masts that stood as tall. In the metal, white and golden paint and blistering like a sun burning in the afternoon. The vibrating magic engine that made the body feel a melody, lifeboats on chains to the side, comfy decks, cabins with every single necessity, beds, berths, big and elongated windows, sunlight bathing every room.
