"I presume young master is a coward."
"Uh?" Leon was shocked by the comment of the maid.
"Permit my guts to speak, but you lock yourself indoors and play games, to me it seems like you are just too scared to face the outside world."
'Who the fuck is this lady?' Leon was by no doubt offended by her guts. He gritted his teeth and stood up ferociously, unknowingly smashing the mug beside him with a swing of his hand. "What do you know?!" He yelled at her.
"I know you are not the first blind person to exist. There are other blinds there that have created a place for themselves even when the world didn't accept them, they fought for their voices to be heard and respected. But you cower with the excuse of being hidden by your family." She grabbed a pen that was on the table and threw it at Leon who titled his head to dodge.
"You see it as an inability, I see it as a gift." She said and bowed, "I apologize if I have overstepped my mark. You can go back to hiding... in the game." She said and left Leon's room.
Leon couldn't put the piece together, which led to the sudden statement of the maid. He was incredibly angered by it and wished he could smite her but he had no idea why all he could do was stand frozen and yell.
'...Let's not think about it for now. I got a sudden quest while fighting multiple undead. I also have to figure out what to do with Loret and the rest.' His maid voice of him hiding suddenly echoed in his mind, he shook his head aggressive and laid.
... ... ...
"Do you think he is WhiteOrl?" Flux said.
"I think so..." Loret replied.
"Then why don't we just approach him like that." Flux said again to her, in an agitated tone.
"What if he's not, what if we are mistaken? we cannot be careless." Loret said.
"Even if he's not I'm sure he will join our guild, if not why is he keeping us here and being nice to us," Tara said, munching on crispies that were made available to her by the maids of the mansion.
Loret patted her head, "Of course, we owe this great achievement to our smartest member who outsmarted the cunning Firehearts guild."
A wide smile split Tara's face, it was more than a simple smile, "You should say it more." She stated as she enjoyed Loret's praises.
"By the way, if Neju was their backup, shouldn't he be in Ordeta by now," Hakita said.
"Who cares, no one can touch us here," Rutaba replied as he patiently stared at the roasted turkey that was in front of him. Oweyn and Daryon entered the dining hall where they were all seated.
"His grace will be here in a moment," Oweyn said and stood to the side of the chair the head was meant to sit on, Knight Daryon also stood beside him. The WhiteOrl guild went silent with the arrival of Knight Daryon and Oweyn, they patiently awaited the arrival of that whom they seek.
Moments later Leon majestically entered the hall, Knight Daryon pulled the chair out for him to sit which he didn't mind. He looked at all of them and smiled, "Let's eat."
The first few seconds of starting the meal were filled with awkwardness, apart from Rutaba who tore the turkey without mercy, which even made the atmosphere more awkward.
~Clang~
The whole attention was drawn by the slam of a utensil.
"Since we are both players why don't we just drop this role play. I mean we both know this isn't necessary, it's a game." Flux said.
Leon looked up at him, his maid voice again rang into his head.
'Why the hell am I being bothered about that...?' He wondered and seized eating.
"I'm sorry I have kept you guys waiting for so long. As you suspected I am WhiteOrl." Leon said.
The whole table shook as all of the sprang up, except Rutaba who paused the turkey he was tearing.
"Ah!!! I knew it." Tara's voice broke the silence that had proceeded for minutes. She hopped onto the table, scattering the plates and sprang unto Leon, wrapping her thin hands around his neck as she hugged him tightly.
Not just Leon was shocked, but Daryon's hand laid on the handle of the sword but Oweyn stopped him.
Tara's action birthed sentiment amidst all of them.
*sobs*
Leon's eye widened as he felt her shoulder throb as she sniffed in her sob. She let go of him and grinned, her demeanour changed was a sharp and quick one.
"See?! I told you!!"
All of them adorned smiles of various kinds on their faces which surprised Leon more.
'This wasn't quite the reaction I was expecting.'
Flux walked closer to him and tapped his shoulders, "I won't ask why you did what you did, right from the days we played Regression and other games you have always been mysterious. Let's just say it's you acting your stupid self." He said with a bright smile.
'...I forgot... they were always like this...'
"It's really glad to have you back WhiteOrl," Loret said, smiling too.
Leon tightened his fist as he saw her bright smile, he bowed his head in repentance, "I'm sorry, I didn't think much when entering the game. After I entered I sort of got lost in it that it became awkward to seek out you guys." He said.
"Aiiiiissssshhhh....that's okay!!" Tara exclaimed slapping his shoulders, still standing on the table and in front of him.
~SLAM!~
Rutaba stood up after slamming the table, "It'd take more than that to convince me." He said and walked out.
Flux tilted his head towards Leon, still smiling but scary this time around, "Now that we know who you are, will you come and take your rightful place in the guild you created? Plus there's a raid we fail, we don't mind going back right now." He said.
"Ha ha..." Leon chuckled slowly
~GBAM!!~
The door swung open with full force, and a soldier ran in and went on his knees. On his back was the flag of the kingdom which proved he was a scout.
"Glasgow has begun to rally their troops at Yerdbral!!"
'Isn't that the northern border...that place...' Leon's mind immediately clicked as the scout reported.
