Anna laughed at how Dave had started a conversation with their baby. Correction. Her stomach. It was funny yet thrilling, considering she had done the same before. Maybe they just needed to be careful not to draw attention and make people think they were strange.
"Okay. My name is David Byrne. I'm your only dad and responsible for protecting you. And your mother, of course. Oh, do you know your mother? She is a wonderful woman. Her name is Anna Byrne. She has a beautiful name, doesn't she?"
She unconsciously blushed to hear that. That was a compliment to her, right?
