Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: The Host of a Conscience Weapon

A few minutes ago...

While Kiana was busy auditing the profit of the Dutchwhale for the day, a noise of a metal thudded outside. With her brow frowned together in curiosity, Kiana stood-up and approaches the door, as she heard clamps and a metallic object, rubbing on the concrete.

'What is that noise.'

Fear began to sprout in her heart little by little, as the strange noises lurks around as if it was luring her out. Cold smoky fog appeared and slowly went inside through the closed door. Her trembling hand back away, as she took a step back. "Is anybody there?" She asked in her loud voice. However, no one answered.

"If you're trying to play a prank on me, please stop, it's not funny." She shouted, politely.

Soon, a clash of metallic object could be heard. It was at that moment when suddenly...a small explosion occurred. *BOOOM! A man bursted and crashed inside of the coffee.

"Hiii!" Kiana stumbled on the floor covering herself with her arms as the explosion just occurred. She was startled by the sudden events and tried to calm herself down. However, when she see the unconscious man, shook her to the core.

The man was wearing black suit and it's their regular costumer, but what shocked her the most was when she see the unbelievable appearance of the man.

The man had reptilian scales on the specific part of his body, like hands, face, and nape.

Soon, an approaching silhouette could be seen through the ruined doorway. It had a pair of glowing neon green eyes and seemingly appear to be dragging a great sword.

Kiana was trembling in fear, but her mind was bended and cleared when a burning sensation inside of her body crawled from her chest. 'Huh? This again?' The strange holographic window she saw from that day appeared again.

Several fireballs attacked the approaching silhouette, causing the fogs to moved away and revealed the four-limb feature of a seven-footer humanoid monster.

The monster had a skull face with sharper teeth and was wearing a jet-black armour. Its body was made of darkness that similar to miasma.

"Go!" A bald man, wearing a black suit and had had scales similar to the unconscious man she saw, shouted.

Kiana took the opportunity to escape as the shadow monster turned and attacked the man. She went on the backdoor that led her to the alley... However, when she went outside, a shadow monster, with the same features to the other one, appeared, carrying a scythe.

Kiana quickly turned around and ran away from the shadow.

The shadow monster went inside of it's shadow and moved quickly then appeared in front of Kiana.

Kiana was sent fly and crashed outside, on the wall. She vomited blood and her consciousness threatened to black-out. As she stumbled on the concrete, the empty circle with rune-like characters outside the hollow, glowed, brightly. Soon, a vertical jewel-like eye opened at the center of the circle. With her trembling hands, she tried to touch the eye, and the moment she touches it, the rune-like characters along the hollow, faded and it flew and went inside of her chest.

"Ugh!" Kiana felt it: the burning sensation inside of her body became even more hot. All the damages and the wounds on her body began to heal, and a semi-diamond scar, or rather, a mark appeared on her chest.

The shadow monster that sent her flew was attacked with fireballs, causing it to lost its attention towards Kiana.

"Ahhh!" Kiana scream in pain as the mark on her chest glowed, brightly. She felt like her very existence was being burnt while her body was being electrified.

It was not that long when several shadow monster appeared and surrounded her. "Ghrrrrrrrr...." They were drooling and looked at Kiana as if they wanted to devour her. When they were about to attack her, green flames and threads, emitting green aura, appeared from her body. The green glowing threads formed into a single whip with small blade on its tip and attacked the shadow monsters around her.

"Ahhhh!"

And as the green flames emitted from her body, she screamed in pain...in an agonizing pain. Soon, her eyes glowed neon green and her body was engulfed by a green dazzling light.

The men with reptilian scales, or rather, the dragonoids arrived at her location after facing all the shadow monster that obstructed them. And as they arrived, an unbelievable sight shook them.

"W-what is that?"

A green glowing whip was attacking all the shadow monsters around the green dazzling light, causing them to perished in existence.

As the dazzling light faded, a woman with an extremely seductive figure appeared and began to sadistically slaughtered all the shadow monsters.

...

Through his teleportation skill, Giljen appeared on the place, where the commotion was currently occuring, like he just stepped outside from his room. He saw their coffee shop was all ruined, and all the shadow monsters responsible for it. What's more, a green whip with a blade on its tip was attacking them.

"Auntie!" Giljen shouted as loud as he could, causing all the attention to turned on him. The shadow monsters that turned their heads on him was killed by a green whip in an instant. Soon, the whip was covered in white lightning and struck all of them down, causing a small shockwave that blown away her surroundings.

A dragonoid crashed near at Giljen's feet. The dragonoid wore a black tattered suit and his hands were cover with dragon scales and other specific parts of his body.

The dragonoid wearily moved. He looked at Giljen and asked: "Lord Giljen i-is that you? And what are you doing here? Please, I beg you to return home for our young lady didn't wish you to get hurt." The dragonoid said as he was confused to the scent he smelled from the arrival of a gloomy teenage boy, who was currently wearing a dark red hoodie jacket, black night pants, white gloves, indoor slippers, and eyeglasses, hidden behind his bangs. It was a unique smell that could attract anyone who would smell his scent. The only thing that made him recognized Giljen was because he was been watching him under the direct order of their princess.

Giljen looked at dragonoid who was obviously wounded. "There's no need for you all to worry about me." He extended his hand towards the wounded dragonoid, without caring about his words. Soon a dazzling golden light emitted from his palm. The dragonoid covered his eyes from the flash with his hands, but the moment the golden light hit him, he felt like his strength were restoring as his wounds were healing. 'Huh! What is this?' And when he tried to figured it out, he looked at the light from Giljen's palm. 'L-lord Giljen, you...' The light was not as dazzling as it could be seen. It gives him a comfortable warm.

While Giljen's left hand, on the same time, cast a spherical-space that trapped them and their surroundings inside.

'--Dorothy...I need your help.'

[Yes, master.]

Giljen didn't need to specify his orders, since Dorothy already knew what he wanted. Dorothy changed the flow of the time inside of the spherical-space cast by her master. It was to avoid any further attention from the medium towards his auntie. The dragonoids couldn't felt it, but the time therein was definitely flowing faster than the actual time of the world. It was almost the same flow of time as the flow of the time of the space-chamber, but way slower.

The other dragonoids were also dumbfounded on how Giljen perform and display such power, skills, and abilities. 'Is he perhaps a mage? Then what is this power then? He's not not a sorcerer either... And...and this is not clearly a work of just magic.' The dragonoids all had the same question in their minds.

"This responsibility for her, is mine alone. Now get out of my way." Giljen calmly added, as he healed the wounded dragonoids.

'I guess this is enough.'

[Master, your powers are still recovering from opening a portal light years away... Please do not exhaust yourself.]

'--I know...and I have no choice, but to do this. And if it's for my auntie, my decision is already obvious.'

[Master is really stubborn.]

.

.

.

A seductive figure leaped and landed in front of them. She had a slender yet voluptuous body, her skin was was extremely pale, as if no blood flows within her. Her jewel-like eyes was glowing neon green, and her sclera was black. Glowing pink lining-tattoos from her lower torso up to her cheeks and jagged makings from specific part of her body could be seen. Her midnight blue armour only covers a few parts of her body, such as her back, hips, breasts, limbs, and genital...

Each forces she let go, a small shockwave was always created. However, in front of Giljen, it was not as violent as how she treated both the shadow monsters that targeted her and the dragonoids that tried to calmed her down.

"Auntie, let's go home." Giljen extended his hand, worriedly, towards the woman whom he treated as his only true family, Kiana. He had a worried smile on his face.

Kiana in his current form, hesitantly tried to take Giljen's approach, however, as if something is bothering her mind, she couldn't. She held her head with both of her hands and shouted with wavering force: "Ahhhh!"

"Auntie!" Giljen shouted, worriedly, as he stood firmly, never stepped backward and tried to walked towards her instead.

"Lord Giljen, please stay back! She's dangerous!" The dragonoids shouted, as the tried to stopped him.

"I said, get out my way!" Giljen shouted, letting go a shockwave. His voice was like a thunderclap that sent chill to their spine, and a voice of a woman could also be heard in his voice.

The dragonoids, visibly trembled and fear froze them.

"I want more! More! More!" Kiana repeatedly said, as she breath, heavily.

[Master, the conscience weapon is beginning to taking over your auntie's body.]

'--Conscience weapon? So is that seal you're talking about perhaps—?'

[Yes, master, I only found out because of its tricky seal.]

'--A tricky seal?'

[It is a seal that literally and technically block everything from discovering.]

[Just like us, it could only be seen and felt by its chosen host.]

Learning the root of the condition of his auntie, Giljen's mood became both worried and serious. 'This sounds suspicious. After returning home, I knew something was already odd from the first time I saw her aura.'

'And those motherfuckers! They're definitely, targeting my auntie.' Giljen remembered the shadow monsters as hatred sprouted in his heart. It was a rational hatred that directed towards the very root of all the shadow monsters arrival. 'Is it because of this?' He was talking about Kiana's state.

'And what are those monsters, anyways?'

The moment he saw the shadow monsters on his arrival, he already figured out that something was odd. These mosters aren't attacking the dragonoids, so they're not at fault for this. Rather, these monsters are all boldly targeting his auntie.

[Be careful, master. The conscience weapon finally revealed itself, but fortunately, it's still not in its perfect form.] Dorothy suddenly warned in her startled tone. And It was the first time Giljen ever heard her tone that way.

'--What do you mean?'

[Master, you're auntie is the chosen host of one of the primordial conscience weapon. A weapon that could even kill you in your draconic form...]

[The Exsanthuar.]

'Fuck! I don't know what that thing is, but what the fucking fate is this?! I just returned home!'
