The day the Resistance fighters had been waiting for had finally arrived. Dr. Zhao's exosuits had all been tested, and were ready for active combat use. Shane and his team trained for over ten hours yesterday to prepare for the surface expedition.
Outside the military barracks in subsection C-3, the Resistance fighters were standing ready, wearing their jet black exosuits. Each exosuit sported a cobalt blue visor and inbuilt communicators. Keeping Shane's request in mind, Dr. Zhao hadn't installed any combat AI in them.
Each exosuit had a manually activated HUD, a GPS, and a basic navigation display. Unlike the Shieldmaiden 5000, their focus wasn't on keeping the users safe, but enhancing their combat abilities.
