Locking the bathroom door, Kelly dropped her robe in a Laundro Ease machine. It was the latest appliance in washing and fabric care. Occupying the space of a mini-fridge, it was a compact, portable, multi-purpose cleaning gadget.
Once Kelly pressed the 'start' button, the machine selected the washing mode, water level, and detergent type on its own and began washing her robe.
