But this does not mean his words were enough answer for Adeline as he did not spell out directly if he was the alpha of this period or not.
"So, you are not the alpha?" Adeline queried again.
"No!" Reuven said, walking towards the other side of the wall.
"This was a very long time ago when Eben was the alpha. My father told me that he was a ferocious alpha. He was born like every other child in the village but that did not mean his mother did not always notice something different about him. She called him an abomination." Reuven explained.
Adeline turned at a distance to Reuven and began to walk slowly towards him closing up the little distance. When she almost reached him, she did not shy from her curiosity.
