The zeta's throat was restricted from airflow. He struggled to breathe and he could not because Cyrus clutched his neck with his muscular hand and what he expressed now was a smirk.
This was also what stopped the mass aggression coming from the werewolves. For all of them now held a stop that the beast among them will not kill their zeta.
Not even the alpha could fling a muscle because he flinched. If anything happened to the zeta, he was not sure he would be able to cope with himself.
He looked again at the zeta in the hand of the beast that would butcher him with claws as the zeta was yet powerless and helpless and all they could do was plead for his life.
"Okay, let him go" the alpha walked up front beyond the point of other werewolves.
"I am the alpha. Take me instead." He declared.
But hearing that did not mean Cyrus listened. He only smirked at the one talking to him.
