**TIME SKIP**
**3 WEEKS**
In the mid-tier part of the city, in an abandoned warehouse at the edge of this part of the city.
Gangsters could be seen moving and patrolling the environment, armed and ready for action.
At the top floor of the warehouse was an office that had glass windows at both sides of it.
And behind the desk made of polished mahogany wood sat a man.
He was a bit on the skinny side with short black hair and dark brown eyes his face had hints of wrinkles and his skull's skeleton was a bit visible on his shriveled up face. overall he looked like a classic villain in any movie.This man was called'Hime'. Leader of the 'HIME GANG'
In front of him sat two men, both of them whom were middle aged.
one of the men seemed to be an assistant as he reported things to Hime while the other was your average next door neighbor.
the first man continued with his report
"Now all is going well in sector1,2 and 3 but section 4 has run into a problem with the [FARMERS],who have started spreading their 'rakes' to this part of the city while also limiting our reach, stopping us from becoming a full fledged mid-tier gang"
Hime looked at the city from his office and he had a cold and calculative expression on his skeletal face
he thought for a while before saying
"Anything else of importance I have to note?"
The assistant was about to reply when he seemed to remember something then he said
"Well sector3 have been doing exceptional well as two kids joined the cycle and have been delivering goods like crazy and to top it off they were recommended by 'racoon'"
"hmm that old rodent is still alive,ok promote them up a rank"
said Hime with a reminiscing face
The assistant was surprised for a moment as few people were promoted from only a few weeks of work but he was not the boss so he said
"Yes boss"
Hime then turned and said to the other man while standing up and walking towards the other glass windows.
"Sen, increase our output we have to take care of the [FARMERS] before they extend their reach to our turf"
The other man 'Sen' said with a somewhat happy expression
"Finally. I will get it it done boss"
Hime stopped in front of the glass windows and looked down. If you looked down you could see various humans moving to and fro and seemed to be prossessing something which looked like green leaves.
Hime looked at the kingdom he built with his own hands then thought
'soon I will be above all of them'

The door was opened as two people entered one after another. They were Kristen and Jason who looked absolutely exhausted. but mentally as thanks to the money got from their distribution jobs they now had better foods and cloths and thanks to the bike riding which was a form of exercise that no longer had their malnourished body.
They have been delivering goods for a total of 3weeks now. They distributed goods to all parts of the mid-tier and low-tier parts of the city and somewhat knew there way around the entire place.
They knew locations of regular buyers.
At first they started delivering a maximum of 20 packs, but now they took a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 50 packs if they so choose to go all out.
And as you would expect; it raked enough money for there daily necessities. As they refitted the entire house with many upgrades. From the television to cooking appliances the entire house got a boost with upgrades
The basement was also cleaned up and was also refitted with two long rectangular structures that had soil in them and looked like planting places with a construct that gave out light. The construct was made with special LED lights.
The planting places were for cannibis....that's right cannibis.And you could piece together Kristen's plans for the basement. He was going to plant his own 'goods machine'. And why wouldn't he do that. Instead of being the distributor, why not be the manufacturer.
They both had there pros and cons. Being a distributor was a bit easy as you could just take the goods and then distribute. While being a manufacturer had to do with planting, caring, maintaining and processing the plants.
And another thing you had to look out for was the seeds. Who would give their potential competitor a ticket to becoming threats to their position.
So gangs that had the job of producing 'stuffs' do not sell their means of getting rich.
Kristen put the problem of the seeds to the back of his mind. For now he had to find a way to get more members as a gang without people is nothing. To call yourself a gangster was to be part of a gang and partake in the activities of the gang.
And now that he had adequate funds to run a gang he had to get the body of the gang which are members.
After they freshened up they proceeded to eat dinner and went back to their respective rooms to sleep as they had another round of distributing to do.
**MORNING**
In the morning Kristen and Jason proceeded to do their morning rituals like brushing, bathing, and the rest after that they came to the dinning room and had breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs and milk.
They then proceeded to go outside, took their bikes And rode side by side to old Joe's bar.
when they got there, they entered inside and was met with the usual scene which they had gotten use to for 3 weeks now.
"Morning old man"
"Good day sir joe"
Kristen and Jason said respectively.
" Morning to you too"
old joe replied.
They then proceeded to move towards the payment room.
when they got inside, both the ladies were present but this time, one other person was present in the room.
He was the man that showed Kristen and Jason the room last time.
When he saw both of them, he smiled widely while saying
"welcome welcome my two favorite distributors the name's Chris sorry I couldn't introduced myself last time"
Kristen and Jason were shocked at the friendly attitude Chris showed towards them. You have to understand that the man didn't even tell them his name the last time they met; but now he showed them a friendly smile and even crossed his hands around both their shoulders.
But if you could see the circumstances that surrounded him then you would see the reason for his smiling face and joyful heart
Due to the hard work that Kristen and Jason put into their distributing job, the payout of his sector have been skyrocketing. It was so high that it left the other sectors in the dust even though they had more members than his sector.
But not everyone was like Kristen and Jason who dedicated almost all their time to distribution.
And Chris was very happy about it that. And when the higher ups contacted him and asked him about it, he reported them to the bosses.
So the higher ups decided to give him a promotion and increased his payroll.
So he was extremely happy seeing the persons who made all of it possible.
"My my, why do you have such expressions on your faces, I come with good news."
Kristen looked at him with a sidelong glance and a cold expression on his face.
He then proceeded to say
"cut the crap man and tell me what this is about"
Chris was taken aback by the coldness exhibited by the young, but it was only for a moment before he grinned then said
"so cold, ok I will tell you. There's been a change that has been applied by those above and it will be effective from now"
Hearing this, Kristen's heart raced a bit. He thought the higher ups were tired of them and wanted to get rid of both of them. And he could not understand how that would be a good news. And he started looking about for any possible escape route.But his worries were cut short and he was a little surprised at what Chris had to say.
"The higher ups have decided to promote both of you"
Chris said with excitement in his voice.
Kristen thought for a bit and could not figure out what this would mean for both he and Jason. And hearing the excitement in Chris' voice, he could somewhat put parts of it together but he wanted to hear it from Chris, so he turned to look at Chris who understanding his sign, continued and said.
"This means you would have more goods to sell as you would go from selling weed to selling.... wait for it... cocaine"
Kristen was shocked as knew what this was going to mean for them both. As with selling cocaine, they could get more funds that would push many of their plans which they made together.
But that didn't catch that as he knew that there was no free lunch in this world.
And as expected Chris opened his mouth and said
"I know you think that there is a catch to this, but there is none as you two were recommended by 'racoon' who is old time 'friends' with the boss"
Kris looked at the man in front of him before he said.
"whatever let's get this over with I have things to do"
" great let's goooo"
Chris said
He knew that if the two boys were able to put that energy they used for the other good into this new good he was going to get promoted again and he could not help salivating at the thought of the money he was going to get after all these.
Kristen and Jason took the goods which were brought out from a travelling bag. and put it in their own bag. They each took about 5 packs each
And rode their bikes to their respective part of the city.While also hoping that everything was going to be well.
