"What will you do if I tell you about my identity?"
"Can you guess what I'm going to do?" Queen Marianne asked back.
She seemed more confident than before. I'm sure she made that expression because she's seen me cornered. Nothing was more suspicious than an anxious Adamas.
"Who knows? I've never imagined anything scarier than guessing," I said, Queen Marianne smiling as she leaned back.
"Then tell me. I will not do anything," said Marianne.
"I'm a Paladin," I said.
Queen Marianne fell silent right after hearing what I said. But she didn't show any movement like she wanted to catch me. I saw the expression on Queen Marianne's face that had not changed at all from the first.
"I knew it."
"You already knew from the first?" I asked, curious.
"I only realized it just now, right after my guards were injured while holding your black staff," Marianne said, pointing at the stick that was none other than Allegiance's spear.
