Ruby's POV
It was already evening when me and Liz prepared the picnic with Claire and Tyler. We pour some red wine into two glasses and wait for them to arrive. We chat for a while before Claire and Tyler showed up. It was getting dark "We're so sorry dear, we forgot the time. There's so much to do as the ruler of the pack. I hope we're not to late for the special occasion" Claire said with a smile. "No, you're fine" I said "Now that you're here, we can start our 'Late Picnic' now" Liz laugh a little as we all sat down on the grass. We pour them a glass of red wine each. Then we all started talking to eat other about stuff and didn't realize that it was already midnight.
Tyler looked at his watch and tap Claire on the shoulder "Darling, it's already 12:30 AM" He said as all our eyes widened "Oh my, it's already midnight? I didn't even realize the time. It's like it goes so fast when we spent it with you girls" Claire chuckled as Tyler offer his hand for her. She took it and Tyler helped her up "I guess we will see you again in the breakfast" Tyler said as Claire waved goodbye at us. We smiled back at them as we lay back down looking at the stars. "We really should clean things up and wake up for tomorrow" I said looking at Liz. She blink twice before nodding "Yep" She got up followed by me and started cleaning up the things. We took the picnic basket and our glasses to the kitchen and put it on the sink. Then we both walk to our room. We both talked to each other for a while before drifting of to sleep.
The next morning, I woke up to Liz still sleeping in her sleeping bag so peacefully. I see the clock at it was 06:30 AM. I didn't even hear a sound from Claire's and Tyler's bedroom. I guess I'm the first to wake up. I go back to sleep and wake up again about 3 and a half hours later. Now I can hear some noises outside but still find Liz sleeping. I sit up and shake her to wake her up. She groan "Noooo" I looked at her "Wake up! Liz!" I shouted at her "It's still to early..." She trailed off. I raised a eyebrow "Too early? Oh My God sorry little princess, but it's frickin' 10 AM!" She sit up instantly and looked at me"What?!" Shock in her eyes. I rolled my eyes "I'm gonna get ready"
After that all cleared, we both walk to the dining hall to meet Claire and Tyler. We went inside to them both dozing off. We sat at our chairs and wait for the food to come. But othing came out of the kitchen. Seems like no one ordered food yet. Both their eyes were closed but still breathing. My first guess is they stay up late last night doing God knows what. One of the maids drop a plate that makes Tyler and Claire jumped on their chair. "What's that noise?" Tyler shouted as a maid came to our view "I'm sorry My lord, my hand slipped" She said. "It's okay, can you serve food for us please?" He asked her looking at Claire "Dear?" He said as Claire's eyes flickered open. "Hmm?" She asked in a sleepy tone. "Wake up, it's already morning" he said calmly as she smiled then turned to us "Oh my, since when are you girls here? I must've fallen asleep, I'm sorry" She said panicking "It's okay Mrs.Black, we-" I got cutted off "Please, call me Claire" She corrected "Right, sorry" I apologized.
The food came outside a few minutes later from kitchen and served infront of us. We eat our meals in peace and we talk too. After that, me and Liz go back to our rooms and take a book each to read. Just then, my phone rang. I pick my phone up confused who would call us until I saw the caller ID : Andrew. I pick up and said "Hello?" as I walk back to my chair next to Liz "Hey sweetheart" His voice rang from the other end making me fill with relief to hear from him. "Heyy, how are you and Ethan?" Just the name of him came out of my mouth, Liz looked at me mouthing 'Who's calling?' I mouthed back 'Andrew' She nodded 'How is he?' I looked at her 'I don't know' I mouthed before their voice rang again "Hello? You girls there?" Andrew voice said worried.
"Yeah, sorry, how's Ethan tho?"
"He's uh...Sunbathing outside so he's doing fine"
"Wow, sunbathing" I said looking at Liz as she mouthed 'What?!' and I shook my head and mouthed 'I don't know'
Just then we heard their door slam shut. "Is there anyone with you?"
"What? No! Ethan accidentally slipped and knocked himself to the door" He laugh nervously
"Hmm...Okay when are you two coming back home though?"
"Like I said, when you make some trouble" He chuckled as I smiled
"I should go tho, I'll call you later okay?" He said "Okay" then we hung up.
Andrew's POV
We were actually packing to go home when I decided to call the girls for some updates. I called her and she picked it up and the third beep. "Hello?" Her voice rang as I smiled. "Hey sweetheart" I said "Heyy, how are you and Ethan?" She said and I replied "He's fine" but there's a silent "Hello? You girls there?" I asked worried. "Yeah, sorry, how's Ethan tho?" She said as I froze looking at Ethan who is now still packing. He looked at me 'Say I'm sunbathing and I'm fine' He mouthed and I nodded "He's uh...Sunbathing outside so he's doing fine" I said as she replied "Wow, sunbathing" I was about to say something when Ethan accidentally slammed the door to our closet shut. I glared at him as he mouthed 'Sorry!' Her voice rang again "Is there anyone with you?" I panicked "What? No! Ethan accidentally slipped and knocked himself to the door" I laughed nervously hoping it will help her suspicion. "Hmm...Okay when are you two coming back home though?" She asked again. "Like I said, when you make some trouble" I chuckled "I should go tho, I'll call you later okay?" I said "Okay" she replied before we hung up.
I turned to Ethan "Why do you have to slam that door very loud!" I shouted "I'm sorry! I forgot that the door can close automatically" He apologized as I groan. "We have to pack things up and get ready to get outta here and surprise the girls" I said as he nodded and grab all his things up. We were in the elevator waiting to get to the lobby. Ethan walked to our car as I walk to the receptionist to check-out. After I'm done, I put my things in the car. "Nice to see you again My prince" He bowed and I nodded at him. We sat comfortably on the car as our driver started the engine. We fall asleep on the long journey to home.
