"Wow, imagine resigning from a high-paying job just because of a little devil called Vernon," Diamond commented.
"Haha! Well, he is still the devil, even now, right?"
"Yep," Diamond agreed without hesitation. Vernon was an unreasonable devil most of the time, even as an adult.
