Everyone looked at them, getting all the attention from the nearby guests. While the waitress trembled in fear.
"I-I'm very sorry! Please forgive me!" she exclaimed, quickly picking up the shattered glasses. Another cleaner approached them to help.
"I am very sorry, young miss and young master." He sincerely bowed.
However, at this point, Vivian was already scowling at them. Seeing how her high branded dress got messy because of the wine that was thrown at her. Kiel was also in the same state. His maroon suit was splashed by it, too.
"Who the fuck do you think you are to ruin my dress?!" the young miss snarled, glaring eyes and gritting teeth. She's already stumbling because of the alcohol.
She snarled at the waitress and when she was about to raise her hand, the man immediately stopped her. "Miss Vivian, I believe it's not her fault. The alcohol is already getting into you." he nodded at the cleaner, gesturing that he will take care of it.
The waitress nodded, too, as she immediately told them that she could lead them to one of the VIP rooms for changing. Kiel accepted her help.
He wrapped Vivian's one hand around him and supported her as they trailed the corridors on the next floor, taking the elevator.
The waitress walked in front while guiding them. She called the receptionist's desk and asked for the VIP passcode. She also told Kiel that she can bring a new set of clothes for the lady.
The luxurious room welcomed Kiel as the door opened. It was wide, with glass walls reflecting the outside of the city lights. The darker sky with stars twinkling can also be seen there.
The man gently put the drunk lady on the soft sofa. He also took off his coat since the wine also got into him. Even though he wanted to feel guilty, this is not the time to act like those brat rich people who only care about their luxuries.
He folded the coat in two and sat down on the nearest sofa, waiting for someone the waitress told them.
Kiel checked the time on his phone. He wanted to call Devyn and ask for an apology in case she looked for him, but thinking that she's also busy talking to Luca. She will not get bothered by it, right?
As soon as the door opens, three men wearing black suits enter and stand next to the entrance.
"What do we have here?"
His familiar voice resonated in Kiel's ears and as he jerked his head up, he saw Raye walking towards him.
The man wearing a light brown tuxedo sat down on the sofa across from him. He grinned. "Nice to see you here, Mr Kiel Arnoux."
Kiel looked around and observed those men in black. It seems like they are all working under the former. He remained calm and greeted the man. "Good evening, young master of the Edon Clan. It's nice to see you here. However, you entered the wrong room."
Raye sneered and crossed his legs. "What are you talking about, Mr Kiel?"
Right in time, Vivian slowly wriggled from the sofa and sat up. She rubbed her eyes and, after feeling the presence of the other man; she frowned. "What took you so long?"
"I'm sorry. I didn't expect that you could drag Mr. Kiel here just like that." Raye said those words with a different meaning. "Should I reward you for that?"
The lady threw a pillow at him and stood up. "Shut the fuck. Hurry and play with me. I will wait in the next room." After this, another guard guided her outside.
"What an impatient girl." Raye mumbled. He flicked his fingers and one of his men put a briefcase on the table. He opened it and pushed it at Kiel.
"Mr Kiel, this is the first payment for now. If you like, I will add more than 1 billion in every word you state."
Kiel didn't move, he remained composed. "Young Master Raye, I don't know what you're talking about. Besides, I don't need this much money. I have a decent job, so I can earn this much too," He stood up.
"Now if you'll excuse me."
Suddenly, two men blocked him using their arms. "Sorry sir, but you can't go out until our boss orders us to let you." one of them said.
Raye clapped his hands and chuckled. "Why are you in such a hurry, Mr Kiel? Do you know that it was not this easy to grab my time and talk to me?" he leaned back on the sofa. "You are hurting my feelings. I just want to talk to you."
Kiel didn't put his guard down. He knew the moment this man entered the room, something would happen. He clearly realized that everything was a trap. Raye used Vivian to get his attention and to put him in this closed atmosphere with him.
"Young Master of the Edon Clan. I don't have anything to do with you, and if you are trying to get me on your side by money, then you'll never succeed. I will remain loyal to the Lowell Clan. They already looked like a family to me," Kiel humbly explained.
"So, you are okay to be called their obedient dog?" He laughed. "Isn't it a shame for a man like you?" Raye smiled and gave a suspicious look. "Or could it be that you have something going on with your boss?"
Kiel's fist clenched, trying to suppress everything. "I don't have any time for such things," he answered.
"Eh?" Raye scowled at him. "You are no fun, Mr Kiel. I personally invited you here to show you what I prepared." he said followed by a mischievous laugh.
"If you don't want to take my side and state the Lowell Corporation's dark side, then it's your fault. I will not pick you up after the news spreads in the media tomorrow."
Kiel flinched, feeling uneasy. He turned to the man and asked. "What are you talking about, Mr Raye?" gentle but stern.
The grinning guy looked at him, too. "Oh, nothing~ I just gave her something that will surely awaken her omega instincts," then he laughed. "Can you stop it, Mr Kiel?"
