Jak defended himself against the muscular guy's attack by enveloping himself in a cocoon of large leaves. The cocoon only trembled slightly under the combined assault. Then, a moment later, when the joint attack had lost its power, the cocoon exploded outward like a wave of green and tried to cover the entire area around the Mayor's mansion.
If it had worked, the five muscular guys wouldn't have had anywhere to go when even the sky was hidden. But a sixth muscular guy punched down from above and knocked Jak on his head, canceling the spell he cast before it could complete.
