"I. Too. Will. Depart. Then."
Death Knight's sudden arrival spooked those who didn't know he was standing so close to everyone, which meant basically everyone except Toz and Red Hook. He hadn't tried to be stealthy. It was just that he hadn't made any moves to announce his presence, and everyone's attention had been focused on Toz, Kahglia, and Red Hook.
So, when the Death Knight showed their face, well, helmet, for the first time during the whole boat ride after hiding in a corner in one of the rooms where no one went, none of General Scoll's subordinates were prepared for it.
But aside from a few spooked reactions, no one reacted too much. They were all high-level mages and fighters. They knew how to control their expressions to some degree. There was also the fact that none of them wanted to admit that they had forgotten that the Death Knight was on board.
"Shit, man, I completely forgot you were still here." Kahglia chuckled after seeing the others' spooked reactions.
