Toz and everyone else on the boat, including Kahglia, watched with wide eyes as the boat's prow pierced the hole in the Border, and they slowly ended up inside the rainbow. The mystical, multi-colored light shone down on them as beams of visible mana.
With the ambient light of the Mortal realm sealed outside the Border, it was as if the group had entered a tunnel where the only source of light was the rainbow-colored tunnel itself.
When the entire boat was inside the tunnel, the hole closed with the reversed motions of how it had opened, and the deceptively liquid-looking wall flowed like it was caught in a vortex.
It was a magical experience, and with Kahglia's assurance, they weren't worried, even if it looked like they were trapped inside the Border.
Since the colors on the walls all around them also appeared to be moving, and a growing sensation of weightlessness came over them, it was difficult to tell if the boat was actually moving forward or not.
