Greta wasn't talking to them.
She wasn't even talking.
She moved around the house noiselessly which Annalise knew was hard enough for her to do. She was quiet, her face pulled into a frown as she did her chores monotonously.
Annalise shared a look with Nicolás and he threw her an impish smile before focusing his attention back on the laptop on his thighs.
Annalise's eyes moved from the television to the kitchen where Greta was trying her hardest to load dishes without eliciting even the slightest sound – an unattainable feat that was.
"Greta, have you been catching up on L'amante del diavolo." She asked, it was an Italian telenovela Nadia had introduced them all to and they'd enjoyed it. Annalise couldn't recall the last time she watched it and it was currently airing but its progress confused her.
"Hmmph!" Came Greta's response.
Nicolás's smile deepened and she saw his eyes twinkle with great humor.
