Only one thought came to his mind, 'that is not the speed of a normal person.'
Han shook his head as he brushed that thought off his mind. 'Harry can never run at that type of speed, my eyes are probably sleepy.' He thought.
***
Harry just kept on running, he was really enjoying the feeling of having the wind push back against him.
A grin appeared on his face as he sprinted back home. 'I might start doing this every day, I could get used to this,' Harry thought.
He ignored the decreasing energy notifications from the system, he didn't have anything he needed to save energy points for, and all he wanted to do now is run to his heart's content.
-A few minutes later
Harry looked at the familiar apartment in his line of sight, a sigh left his lips as he cancelled accelerate. He slowly walked into the compound before stopping at the entrance of the house.
"Even though I just ran all the way from the academy, I don't feel tired. On the contrary, I feel so refreshed," Harry muttered as he opened the door and walked Into the house.
[Accelerate Level Up!]
[Skill 'Accelerate' now level 2!]
Two notifications from the system suddenly appeared in front of him.
"Ohh!, it levelled up!" Harry said in surprise. The level up of accelerate was quite unexpected, he didn't expect the skill level to increase so fast.
He had only used it twice today; when he was going to the academy and also when he was coming back home, after receiving his 'one-week break' from the academy.
"Skills and abilities," Harry called out. He ignored the other skills on the tab and then checked the description of accelerate to see the new changes brought by the level up.
———-
[Accelerate]
-Level 2
-Temporarily allocate 22 stat points to agility Stat
————
Harry nodded his head in satisfaction when he saw the new accelerate description, even though the increase was only by two points, he was very happy about it.
"Turns out I can not only increase skill levels using skill points but I can also increase my skill levels by simply using them frequently," Harry muttered.
He was happy about this discovery, it made things easier for him. All he had to do was use his skills constantly and their levels would increase on their own.
"Host Stats."

Harry ignored all other stats and focused on only one—His EXP bar. His eyes gleamed slightly as he noticed the amount of EXP left for him to level up.
"Hmm… I would make sure to focus on levelling up during this one-week break," Harry muttered. A certain small and shiny brown stone suddenly came to his mind when he thought of levelling up but he brushed it off, he still wasn't sure about what to do with the beast core.
"I guess going to the academy wasn't a total waste of time," Harry muttered. A sigh left his lips as he opened the door that led to his room, he slowly walked in.
He sat down on the cold hard floor and then rested his back on the wall, his hand subconsciously drifted to his stomach as he thought, 'Even though I haven't eaten anything since yesterday, I don't feel tired… but still I wish to eat something.'
He sighed as he slid down the wall and then lay on the floor. Although he felt cold and uncomfortable, he remained in the same position, he was already used to it.
This wasn't the first time a day would pass without him eating, he was only allowed to eat scraps from his parents' or his brother's food.
He even tried getting a part-time job, so he could at least earn little money and feed himself, unfortunately, all his applications for one were rejected.
It was why he preferred going to the academy rather than staying at home, the academy provided the students with free food once per day. It was only a simple dish but it was enough for Harry, after all, it was better than scraps.
Now that he was given a break to relieve himself from 'trauma', he had no choice but to stay in this hell for one week…
***
-The next day
"Daily quests," Harry called out. He stretched his body as he got ready to complete today's quest.
——
[Daily Quests]
—Run 3km(Status: 0/3km)
—Lift a total of 250 kilograms (Status: 0/250kg)
—Climb to a height of 25 meters(Status: 0/25m)
>>Rewards for completion: +50EXP +10 Stat points.
——
He noticed the daily quests were the same as before with only slight differences.
He was the only one at home as his parents left for work very early in the morning.
They came back the previous night, and they also heard about how Harry being involved in a mana beast attack, the academy also contacted them and told them about the break given to him.
However, they unsurprisingly didn't care about it. They simply gave him the same cold attitude, they also made sure to remind him about how he was the most useless in the family. The only difference this time was that Harry wasn't affected by their words.
Harry went to the living room and started lifting the sofa, stopping when one of the quests was completed. He then left the house to complete the last two quests.
***
Just like that, one week passed.
Harry nodded his head in satisfaction as he observed his one-week improvement.

Although he wasn't too happy about the one-week break, he couldn't deny that he had really improved within that time. It was obvious from his stats, which showed a substantial increase from a week earlier.
He made sure to accomplish all of his daily missions during the past week, and although the level of difficulty rose each day, he wasn't complaining because the amount of EXP awarded also rose.
He was currently heading to the lecture hall, and since his break was over, he was free to resume to the academy.
A few students could be seen roaming around the academy compound, unlike the last time, Harry made sure he wasn't late to the academy.
His mother didn't leave for work early, so he wasn't able to complete his quests. He had completed the quest that required him to run by running to the academy, it only remained the other two quests.
'I should head straight to the stairs, I still have today's quest to—'
"Yo yo, if it isn't our training buddy Harry." A very annoying voice broke him off his thoughts.
Harry paused in his steps, he was about to go into the lecture hall when he felt the presence of three students behind him.
