Then some musicians played a cheerful song. Ryan frowned as Imelda giggled and offered her hand.
"What?" Ryan asked.
"It's dance time," Imelda whispered. "It's a part of the matchmaking plan I set with Jasmine." She glanced at some she-wolves who had been waiting for the dancing event. "Look how exciting they are. We must lead the dance."
"It's a good idea to match our people so we can grow bigger and stronger." Ryan touched his back neck. "There's only a problem."
Imelda tilted her head. "What is it?"
"I can't dance," Ryan said, whispering. "I'm a warrior, not a dandy who spends his time looking great and can dance with many she-wolves."
Imelda chuckled, then giggled. "Oh, I'm aware of that, my mate." But then she tip-toed and whispered, "However, you are handsome, and I think a warrior can learn one or two things too about the simple dance."
