Zealous waited on the field with a pounding heart as he couldn't wait to see Giselda. Some werewolves congratulated him on his big day. Still, they also needed to wait until their Alpha announced the beginning of the marking ceremony.
Giselda looked at herself in the mirror. She blushed when two she-wolves came in and teased her about her first night.
"Mu Giselda, I bet you will have one or two pups soon."
"Oh, why do you think so?"
"Because I saw how Kappa Zee stared at you." The she-wolf giggled. "It was like he wanted to eat you."
Giselda fanned her face with her hand. "You tease me."
"Well, I'm telling you the truth. I wonder if you won't sleep tonight." The she-wolf grinned and patted Giselda's back. "Don't worry about the work. You won't be a maid anymore. Alpha Jock has chosen another she-wolf to be the maid here."
"He did?"
"Yes, so you can enjoy your mating time peacefully."
