The next day, Sophia woke up. She was exhausted because of the emotional outburst yesterday, but fortunately, she could rest well. However, when she wanted to get up, she couldn't move because John's arms wrapped tightly around her.
Sophia sighed and turned her body to face him. She touched his face and smiled, satisfied as he was hers. She stared at his handsome face and then kissed his chin. But then he opened his eyes, grinned, and caught her lips in a passionate kiss.
"Good morning, my darling."
"Good morning."
John kissed her lips again and rubbed his body to her. "It's the best sleep I have ever had in twelve years."
"Oh? Why?"
"Usually, I have a lot of nightmares, but I didn't have any last night." He touched her neck and kissed it too. "Maybe it's because you lay beside me. Feeling your warmth kept me from those nightmares."
Sophia giggled. "Oh, John, I'm glad then. I had a good sleep too."
