"She looked healthy." He stopped as he didn't know how Sophia would react to hearing his following words.

"Now, it's the tricky part. I know nothing about it, so don't jump to a conclusion before we have more information."

"Your mother was with some people when she came to Sunshine Forest."
"Who?" Sophia's voice was pitching higher.
"Alpha Dominick Haynes, then his daughter. I also saw a pup with them."
