"To go see if he can recover some of the lost items. He will be back, don't worry he's not running off to kill people," Carter said with a little tartness to his tone. Tuya looked him over, she noted the healing area on his shoulder. For a second her gaze nearly looked him over, but she stopped herself. Nope, never look a man over or show the barest of interest real or not. They would always capitalize on it. Most men in her experience lately were overly narcissistic and entitled things.
