Portia started to come awake feeling like something was very wrong. Her internal alarm was screaming at her that she needed to get up. Her natural instincts clearly told her that something very serious was going on and she was in trouble.
As she came awake, Portia found it hard to sit up at first. She realized that she was dressed but the room felt a little off kilter. However she swung her legs to get up, and kicked the duffle bag to the floor. She then nearly collapsed to the floor herself. She pushed herself up and noticed that she had a very slim bit of metal around her wrist. It looked like a bracelet and she was sure that Vintas put that on her to know where she was or a safety she thought.
