"I do not like these airplanes," Vintas finally commented. It was cramped, there was no control if something went wrong and he did not like the sensation. They were on their last flight to where Portia lived now. She'd been thinking about the others. They knew where they were going and she hoped so much that they stayed safe and could come once the two of them figured out a place to go if there was one. Or if they heard from Josephine's sister they could let them know too.
"Well, we will be landing shortly. No more then," Portia told him and he was looking out the window. The plane was starting to drop and he looked a bit more statuesque too.
"Are you okay otherwise?" Portia asked him pulling a snack from her bag. She was still amazed that they made it through checks with the metal and gun.
