Portia had never seen anything like this. Neither had the other people that were outside of this motel. Never had she realized how blind her race was until she heard some of the people asking if they were shooting a moving or something. Were they serious? Special effects like that were done with a computer! Not in real life, look at those things.
She had no idea how to help and there was now this charge to the area. She noted as whatever Vintas was using to fight glowed there was a static charge to all the metal in the area. As his weapon became more like whips and glowed brighter, several intense electrical discharges happened. Above people in the street ran as a few signs and lights exploded. Clearly whatever Vintas was capable of was starting to manifest and grow.
