Draven swallowed reading the script here. If he had not found his mate the countdown would have stopped for the next tomb. He had found her, he had one, and the next tomb would open shortly. However it did not tell him whose tomb that was. What it did say was that all tombs opened in a domino effect, and should the next not find a mate the timer would stop and stall. If this world fell and failed, the tombs would be collected by the primal light and shifted to a new world that was not destroyed to continue fighting. He read more and just digested it, he would have to go over this later.
"Darven…" Conner was touching his ear. The two of them looked up as a shrill sound came and a light started flashing. Draven looked at Conner. The two of them glanced at the hall and they could hear shrieking coming from there.
