Kendra moved from the building that she was in. The sun was getting lower in the sky and she gave a sigh hurrying past a few of the holding facilities. She saw Jin at one point who was talking with Elena. They just eyed her from where they were and she moved to a deserted location outside closer to the ocean.
She looked around and sat down on the ground. A rather large sand dune blocked her from view there. Kendra pulled up her shirt and looked at the rather detailed tattoo there. It was a vibrant red color, nearly the deep red of blood, or scarlet.
It moved and she flinched a little as it felt odd. Then a second later a dragon about the size of a German Sheppard stood there. She looked at Kendra and flexed her wings a bit. She looked a lot like Zani, but the horns on the top of her head swept back then up rather than just straight back like his. Her eyes were a deep purple color. She moved forward and rubbed her head along Kendra's arm.
